Changing Course, Changing Lives
Through SETA’s Prison to Employment (P2E) program in partnership with Caltrans, Manuel Rangel was able to turn a minimum-wage job into a new career as a commercial truck driver. With training support from 160 Driving Academy and financial assistance while in school, Manuel was able to stay focused and complete his program successfully.
