Through SETA’s Prison to Employment (P2E) program in partnership with Caltrans, Manuel Rangel was able to turn a minimum-wage job into a new career as a commercial truck driver. With training support from 160 Driving Academy and financial assistance while in school, Manuel was able to stay focused and complete his program successfully. Today, he works for Western Express, earning higher wages and building a more stable future for his family.
