SETA’s Workforce Development Department leadership is preparing for a year of great change in our management team. SETA is in the process of recruiting for the Workforce Development Manager position and will create a list in anticipation of retirements that will begin this summer and continue through next year. This is a time of sadness that we are losing leaders that have influenced our growth and set a high bar in terms of expectations and outcomes, but it is also a time of excitement and looking forward to new leadership that will emerge and guide the department into the future.
