It appears there has been a programming change in how the SacWorks Registration functions. If a customer is the spouse of a veteran the question “Are you currently in the military, a veteran or the spouse of a veteran?” cannot be set to Yes at this time. The customer will be unable to Save their Registration if they answer Yes to the spouse of a veteran question. Hopefully the situation will be clarified in the Registration soon. We will keep you informed as we receive additional information regarding this issue.
