Upload Issue Temporary Fix

In our review of upload errors from SacWorks to CalJOBS we have identified one issue that we need to address immediately.
In order to ensure that the customer’s WIA Application and Activities upload to CalJOBS staff need to go into the customer’s WIA App and check to see that the “Mailing County” is reflected in the Mailing Address field (Contact Information Section). This can be accomplished (assuming the mailing address is the same as the physical address) by selecting the Check here to use residential address information box and then scrolling to the bottom of the screen and selecting the Next button. After going to the next screen scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Exit Wizard. Disregard the message that says Changes to this Page have not been saved and select OK. You should now be back at the Programs page.
This is a temporary glitch in the upload process and we are working with Geographic Solutions to correct the issue.
