Early in May SacWorks will be modified to closely mirror CalJOBS time frame restrictions. The primary changes are as follows:
1. Staff will no longer be able to backdate ANY customer Application or Activity further than 21 days from the date the App or Activity is being created;
2. Activities will System Close 30 days after the Projected End Date (rather than the current 90 days).
Please be sure to check your Alert settings. Staff should check their Messages on a daily basis in SacWorks to be sure that the customer’s Application does not Soft Exit prematurely (and that activities do not System Close).
