It has come to our attention that there is an issue when attempting to create a new customer enrollment (or using the manual scan card function) in SacWorks.

When staff search for a customer to create a new enrollment the SacWorks system is indicating that “This individual is currently not active in Wagner Peyser. To assist this individual, please update the following information so that appropriate services can be recorded”. The issue has been reported to Geographic Solutions and should be taken care of in short order (we hope!). In the meantime, please hold off on attempting to create new enrollments until the issue has been resolved.
