SacWorks – CalJOBS Update

Please be advised that when staff are entering customer Activities into SacWorks it is necessary to be sure that all Activity Dates for the Activity have been entered (e.g. Projected Begin Date, Actual Begin Date, & Projected End Date). Activities will not upload to CalJOBS otherwise.
Also, the JTA Customer Information link located within a customer’s SacWorks account will only show Activities that were entered into SacWorks prior to the “Go Dark” JTA to CalJOBS transition period (approximately April 20th). Activities that were entered into SacWorks after May 5, 2014 will need to be verified by your Site Supervisor (or other assigned staff at your center). Hopefully, at some point in the near future, the direct link to CalJOBS customer detail through SacWorks will allow all staff the ability to determine that customer Activities have uploaded to the State system (CalJOBS).
Finally, it is no longer necessary to enter an Activity 233 (Co-Enrolled Intensive Services) into a customer’s Application when enrolling a customer into a secondary grant (e.g. 201 and 905).
Please contact SacWorks Support with questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Ralph
