Please be advised that staff will no longer be able to scan documents into the Vault (jobs.sacramentoworks.org) after the close of business Friday, August 5, 2016. The Vault will remain available as “View Only” so staff may continue to review a customer’s scanned documents (e.g. Right to Work, Addendum, etc.). All new customer documents should be scanned directly into the customer’s CalJOBS record.
In addition, we also need staff to enter all new Case Notes directly into the customer’s record(s) in CalJOBS.
